We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers directly on the Site; if online payment is offered, it is processed by a third-party payment provider under its own privacy and security practices.

When you check the SMS consent box on our quote/booking form, you agree to receive text messages from Oh Crap LLC (dba Oh Crap NV) at the mobile number provided, including transactional messages (appointment reminders, scheduling updates) and, if separately opted in, promotional messages (offers and promotions).
- Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and preferences.
- Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.
- Consent to receive texts is never required as a condition of purchasing our Services.
- You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, or by contacting us using the information in Section 8 below. Reply HELP for assistance.
- We may share your phone number and message content with the SMS platform/gateway provider we use to operate the texting program (a data processor acting on our behalf, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations) solely to deliver the Services described here — never for that provider's own marketing purposes.
4. Cookies & Analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (such as Google Analytics or similar tools) to understand how visitors use the Site, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and improve the Site experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.

- Email marketing: Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us.
- Nevada residents: Under Nevada law (NRS 603A), Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell covered personal information. Oh Crap NV does not sell personal information as defined under this law; you may still submit a request to support@ohcrapnv.com and we will honor it.
- Other states: Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us using the information below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Site and Services are directed at adults and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
