By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, booking a Service, or otherwise using our Services, you ("you," "customer," or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Our Services

Oh Crap NV provides residential pet waste removal and yard cleanup services to customers in Henderson, Las Vegas, and Summerlin, Nevada, and any additional areas we may serve from time to time. Service frequency, scope, and pricing are as described on the Site or as quoted to you directly, and may be updated at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any address or customer at our discretion, including for safety, access, or payment reasons.

2. Quotes, Scheduling & Payment

• Quotes provided through the Site or by phone are estimates and may be adjusted based on yard size, waste volume, number of pets, or site conditions observed at the time of service.
• Service scheduling is confirmed through our booking process, by phone, or by text message where you've opted in to receive texts (see Section 6 below).
• Payment terms (including any recurring billing for ongoing service plans) will be provided at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice for future services.
• Cancellations or reschedules should be made as far in advance as reasonably possible. We may apply a fee for repeated late cancellations or missed appointments where advance notice was not given.

3. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

To perform the Services, our technicians may need to enter your yard or property. By booking Services, you represent that you have the right to grant us access to the serviced areas and agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to your yard (e.g., unlocked gates, working gate latches, and any access codes needed on the scheduled service day);
• Secure any pets during the scheduled service window so our technicians and your animals remain safe;
• Disclose any known hazards on the property (e.g., aggressive animals, damaged fencing, hidden obstacles, sprinkler or irrigation lines) prior to service; and
• Ensure the service area is reasonably accessible; we are not responsible for incomplete service resulting from locked or inaccessible areas.

We take reasonable care while on your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, and you agree to notify us within 48 hours of a service visit of any concern so we can address it.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the applicable consent box, you agree that Oh Crap LLC (dba Oh Crap NV) may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) related to:

• Transactional messages — appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, service updates, and customer service communications; and
• Promotional messages — special offers, seasonal promotions, and other marketing communications, if you separately opt in to promotional texts.

• Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule and communication preferences.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.
• You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

• We use a supported wireless carrier network; not all carriers are guaranteed to support the program. Oh Crap NV and its messaging partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile opt-in data or consent, and no mobile phone numbers collected for texting purposes, will be shared, sold, or otherwise disclosed to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. • You can change your consent preferences (e.g., transactional only vs. transactional + promotional) at any time by contacting us at the information above.

5. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Oh Crap LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent, except as necessary to request or receive our Services.
